By using PTEMock you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
PTEMock provides practice tests and expert scores and feedback for PTE preparation. Scores are estimates for practice purposes only and do not represent official PTE results.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 16+ (or have guardian consent) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to disrupt other users.
4. Plans, billing and refunds
Some features need a paid plan. Every paid plan gives you full access for a set number of days. A plan is a subscription that renews on its own until you cancel. You can see current prices on our pricing page. You can cancel a subscription any time from your dashboard. 5. Intellectual property
All platform content, question materials, and software are owned by PTEMock or its licensors. You retain ownership of the responses you submit and grant us a licence to process them to provide scoring and feedback.
6. Disclaimers
PTEMock is an independent test-preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pearson Education Ltd or Pearson VUE. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. expert scores may contain errors and should not be relied upon for official decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTEMock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, to be confirmed].
