Refund Policy

This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a PTEMock subscription or purchase. Your first mock test of each kind is free, so you can evaluate the platform and our AI scoring before you pay anything.
1. Free practice
Test 1 of each type (full mock and each section) is free with full AI scoring and detailed feedback. No payment is taken for free practice, and no refund is required.
2. Subscriptions
- Paid plans give access to the remaining mock tests and unlimited question-wise practice for the plan period.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period.
3. Refund eligibility
- 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund of that charge.
- Technical issues. If a fault on our side prevented you from taking a test you paid for, and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are refunded in full.
4. What is not refundable
- Renewals after the first period, where the service was available and used, are generally non-refundable. Cancel before renewal to avoid the charge.
- Requests made more than 7 days after a charge, except in the technical-fault cases above.
- Dissatisfaction with your practice scores. Our scores are an estimate to help you prepare and are not a guarantee of your official PTE result.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@ptemocktests.net from the address on your account, with your name and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
